Curley and Curley's Wife (end of pt.3)

Throughout half of part 3 the men on the ranch couldn't stop gossiping about Curley and his wife. The men on the ranch really dislike Curley but cant do much about it because he's the bosses son. Curley has a very pretty wife but she is a little to flirty with the other men (especially slim). The men always see her giving "the eye" to Slim. The men said, "He spends half of his time lookin' for her, and the rest of the time she is lookin' for him"(53). They always seem to be playing a game of hide and seek around the ranch. The ranch is not a good place for any women to be especially not for Curley's wife. Curley seemed a little paranoid that day on the ranch when slim and her were missing. He shouldn't have to be worrying about her with another man. Hopefully this does not foreshadow future conflict with the men. What do you think?
